Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Trust will be held over Zoom on Monday 15 February 2021 at 11.00 a.m. to consider the business below.
Business to be considered at the Meeting
- The report by the Chairman on the activities of the Trust.
- The fixing of annual subscription of the Trust at nil.
- The report of the independent financial examiner of the Trust.
- The approval of the annual accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2020.
- The appointment of the independent financial examiner of the Trust.
