DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders are hand-wrapped with care and attention.

Please note that orders made online will not be despatched until 12 January.
All of our products are stored at the Woolmill in Knockando, Scotland.
Royal Mail collections arrive daily after 12 noon
For Christmas delivery, orders must be placed no later than 4pm on Wednesday 17th December.
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
Delivery is typically 2-3 working days.
For all International orders, delivery starts from £40.00.
We use DHL for European deliveries.
For Christmas delivery, orders must be placed no later than 4pm on Thursday 18th December

We use DHL Express for international deliveries.
International Tracked and Signed For, estimated 5-10 working days.
Goods may be subject to import duties and taxes outside the UK, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Knockando Woolmill cannot be held responsible for these charges which must be paid for customs clearance.
We want you to satisfied with your purchase. Up to 100 days after purchase, we are happy to accept returns if the product is unused and in its original condition.
We try to make returning goods as quick and easy as possible. For UK customers, to request a returns label, please email office@kwc.co.uk. Once you have downloaded and printed your label, simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
If you are looking to make an exchange, please include a note in the parcel detailing what you would like instead.
