All of our products are stored at the Woolmill in Knockando, Scotland.
We ship goods out daily. Our post is normally collected between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, so orders close to that time may not leave us until the next shipping day.

Knockando Woolmill cannot be held responsible for these charges which must be paid for customs clearance.
We want you to satisfied with your purchase. Up to 100 days after purchase, we are happy to accept returns if the product is unused and in its original condition.
We try to make returning goods as quick and easy as possible. For UK customers, to request a returns label, please email office@kwc.co.uk. Once you have downloaded and printed your label, simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
